Stir-Fried Snow Peas With Soba
Our friends made this when we were in Tahoe last fall. It was delicious! I'm hoping to make it this week.

ST: It's so hard to think of what to make for dinner.
TT: We should just write down what we eat each night, then we can just pick out a few things we haven't had in a while.
ST: Yeah, you do that.
TT: Fine, I will.
It turned out pretty well. Followed the recipe with two exceptions: I left out the garlic, just didn't get any, and used udon instead of soba (none at the regular grocery) and it came out pretty well. TT & DT really liked it. I would have liked a bit more peanut butter in the sauce, but still liked it!
